Support Groups: Our surgical center will help you locate and take part in a support group with other patients where you can share experiences, insights, and concerns. The goal is to adopt lifestyle changes, lose fat, gain muscle, and keep the weight off for good. The SAMPA surgeons recommend attending a local support group now as you will find it will be very helpful in your journey. The local Mobile Infirmary support group is listed below.
